In this episode, I interview a special guest, Mabel Ninan.  Mabel is a writer, author of “Far From Home,” host of the YouTube podcast “Immigrant Faith Stories,” and a lover of books, tea, and zumba.  She lives in northern California with her husband, son, and Maltese dog.  Mabel was born and raised in the minority Christian community in India. She moved to the US in 2008 shortly after getting married. Her family has called ten different places across two continents and seven cities home.  In our authentic conversation, Mabel shares her powerful God story of how God used her experience of moving to the US and feeling like a foreigner and homeless to draw her closer to him and bring her focus into an eternal one.  This experience also inspired her to write her book and start her podcast ministry.  Mabel also shares scriptures from the Bible that ministered to her to encourage others who are struggling with their identity and purpose to live their lives with an eternal perspective.
