In this episode, I interview special guest and friend, Rebecca Adams, a midwest gal.   Rebecca is an author, blogger, women’s ministry leader, and a domestic violence survivor. She is also a mom of three adult children, has four grand-dogs, and has survived 39 years of abuse.  In our open and candid conversation, we discuss her God story of breaking free from the chains of 39 years of abuse to a life of freedom.  Rebecca also shares how she learned to trust God in many new ways as she pursued her new life of freedom which she includes in her book, “Free to Soar.”  She also shares ministering words from scripture to help those who may be struggling or feeling trapped in an abusive relationship.

Also, I’ve added a show bonus to this episode and will add this show to my future episodes.  This new show segment, “Memaw Moments” is hosted by Altered Stories Ministry Board VP, Sandy Williams.  Sandy shares personal and inspiring faith stories as a Memaw to her three grandchildren.
